AHCC certified coaches will send each team member their personal assessment link to the HIS Resilience and Coping assessment. Once completed, the coaches will work closely with team members, either individually or in a group workshop, to explain the results, identify key factors working for and against the group when it comes to building resilience, and establish actions that can be taken to achieve or enhance organization-wide resilience and support.
