What is it?

In physics, entropy measures the level of disorder or randomness in a system. Human entropy is defined by the Barrett Values Center as “the amount of fear-driven energy that a person expresses in their day-to-day interactions”. Put another way, this is the energy that expresses itself in negative ways, through the embodiment of limiting values such as bureaucracy or blame, and leads to disengagement with others, limiting a person’s effectiveness as a leader.
